What were you doing: Exporting note to PDF. Happens both when saving pdf to files and choosing to print the pdf.

What happened: Checkboxes have a graphical issue when exporting to PDF. It almost seems like they’re rendering twice with I slight offset to one of them. I’ve attached pictures and screenshots.

Both the PDF viewer and a printed page show this issue.
