Can’t access Bear 2.0 Beta as it’s full, but I wonder: does it feature something like a link hover preview?
I find it extremely useful, since it means we don’t have to open and click through every link in order to know what’s on the other side

Suggested the same thing a few days ago on another thread about Bear. Since I started using this on another tool it became part of my workflow, helping moving faster and recall previous info without leaving the note.
Would be awesome if Bear have the functionality (and I could use Bear more often/for more use cases)
In true PKM fashion, I too had made a post in that thread that redirected to this one.
I would love this feature. I’m surprised there is no reaction at all from the dev team.
This is another of my main requests. All link based apps should have this feature.
At the moment we have no plans to include a hover preview. Hover doesn’t translate very well on touch devices and as a general rule, we prefer to avoid hover when possible.
Would it be possible to at least include an indication of whether or not a note actually exists? Sometimes wikilinks are created to not-yet-created notes as something of a placeholder. It would be nice to know, without needing to click, whether or not that note exists. Perhaps the not-exists state could show the wikilink in a different/dimmed color.
