Tag with punctutation is not converted o double hashtag enclosed

Testing version: Version 2.0 (9695)

What were you doing: Created a tag with quotation marks around it “#!kkk”

What feature did you use: Creating a tag with punctuation

What happened: The tag wasn’t touched.

What did you expect to happen: It be enclosed by the pound sign.

Hi,

I might be missing something here but isn’t "#!kkk" generating the same #!kkk tag in both Bear 1 and Bear 2? Mind the double pound migration happens only for tags with just punctuation.

OK, I misunderstood. Yes, both versions generate the same tag.
