Would it be possible to add an optional ‘Keep me signed in’ feature to Bear Web?

Thank you for providing the Bear Web app — it’s been really helpful for cross-platform use, especially on Windows.

I understand the current sign-in-every-time design is for privacy, and I appreciate that approach.
Still, it would be great to have an optional “Keep me signed in” feature (off by default), so users who prefer persistent sessions can opt in for a smoother experience.

I believe this would make Bear Web much more practical and welcoming for long-term, cross-platform users.

It already exists. If you click on the three dot button and select ‘Trust this device’, it will keep you signed in across sessions.

I think, that’s not what ewi21491 ment. After closing the browser, I need to re-login every time. There are techniques that make it possible to stay locked in for e.g. 30 days

I believe you are describing keeping yourself logged in even if you close the browser right? So that you don’t have to log in again every time? If so, that “Trust this device” flag is what keeps you logged in if it’s enabled.

Wow. I didn’t noticed that option exist. Very thanks to you!

I can still log-in after I closing the browser or shut down and reboot the computer. Thanks!!
