I frequently switch between bear and other apps (i.e. kindle) when taking notes, copying and pasting various text elements into bear.
With longer notes (starting at around 100 lines of text, not quite sure about the treshold) the scroll position is not saved reliably. When switching from bear to another app just for a few seconds to copy a text portion, upon returning to my bear note the cursor and scroll position is lost (usually the scroll position is set to about 1/3 of the note length from what I can tell). This behaviour is quite frustrating and time consuming.
Expected behaviour: When leaving and returning to my open note on iOS the scroll and cursor positions should be restored to enable continuous editing.
Instruction for reproduction:
- Open a longer note in Bear (at least 100 lines).
- Scroll to a specific position in the note. Klick in-line to set a cursor position.
- Switch to another app (e.g., Kindle) and copy some text.
- Return to Bear after a few seconds.
